Overwhelmed by Social Media?

You’re not doing it wrong—social media is just… a lot

If you feel like you're constantly behind on content, or wondering if any of it is actually working, I promise you're not alone. Most of my clients are creative business owners who want to stay visible online—but don’t want to spend their life glued to their phone.

Let’s make it simpler.

  1. 1. Choose platforms that actually serve you
Not every trend is worth chasing. Pick one or two platforms where your audience is active—and where you don’t dread showing up.

  2. Batch when the energy is there
You don’t need to schedule your creativity. When you’re in the zone, create more than one post. Save drafts. Reuse your best ideas.

  3. 3. Focus on content that feels natural
Not a dancer? You don’t need to reel. Good content tells a story—whether it's in a carousel, a photo, or a voice note.

  4. 4. Repeat and repurpose
That tip you shared last month? It’s still gold. Not everyone saw it. Say it again—just in a new way.

You’re allowed to take breaks

You can be present online without being “on” 24/7.
Your business isn’t built in the comments. It’s built in the work you love doing—and your content should support that, not steal your energy.
